Welcome to the New Music Business Podcast! This is my first podcast I’ve ever hosted and I’m excited that you’ve decided to join me here. I have conducted hundreds of interviews over the years writing for Ari’s Take and other music publications, but most of the interviews weren’t ever released publicly. I love interviewing people and some of these conversations are too valuable not to share in their entirety. So, here we go…

This podcast will focus on people who are innovating in the new music business. I will dissect their stories of success and pull out practical tips and inspiring anecdotes that will hopefully help you succeed as well. You’re going to hear from artists, managers, music supervisors, radio DJs, agents, label heads, publishers and everyone else who Is kicking butt in the new music business.

There isn’t just one way to succeed in the new music business. There are a hundred ways to succeed. And we will explore those ways with some of the brightest minds of the industry.
